Regularly, YESS accepts applications for direct line staff (Resident Advisors) who provide care, supervision, and structure for children and adolescents. There are both full-time and part-time opportunities.

YESS seeks applications for positions within the counseling department or for other agency opportunities as vacancies occur.

Compensation for all of YESS’ employment opportunities is based on competitive wages and dependant on education and experience. A benefit package including health and dental insurance, vacation, and retirement plan is available to full-time employees.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or G.E.D., be free from communicable disease, and are required to complete necessary background checks. Strong consideration is given to persons with previous social work experience and/or advance degree.
